Unknow Familiar Faces
Published Friday January 12th, 2007 from my room. Listening to Morcheeba, feeling okay, but tired.

I have discovered that my Thursday night English M01B teacher is crazy. But, this is no great surprise as I've found that most English teachers are completely nuts. She would ask a question, an answer would be supplied. She'd stare at the supplier of the answer, blink, then repeat her question to the supplier to which, hesitantly, the supplier of answer would repeat the answer to the question, she would stare again, then nod her head in agreement. The rest of us would awkwardly glance around at each other with an expression of "wtf!?" on our faces. Repeat this process from 19h to 21:50 and you've got my Thursday night summed up pretty well.

I came across at least three faces that looked very familiar while I swept across the people in the class with my eyes, searching for nothing in particular. These faces which seemed to be familiar, yet unknown kept me rather busy during the long, boring three hours which is my English class. I know I have seen these faces before, but I cannot place them. I've got 16 more class meetings to figure out their familiarities, but I want to know now.

Oh, I bought myself a MacBook for my 21st birthday. It's in the mail. Mail, please hurry up. It's almost my birthday. Upon my request, my boss gave me Monday off. I think I'll sleep in. Good idea. Why thank you.

Happy early birthday, sir. Last night, I played with the latest Parallels a bit... it's <i>really</i> neat. Check this out for your MacBook: http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/beta_testing/ This is a test post of sorts; I want to see if you allow HTML in your comments and turn URL's into links automagically.

No, I intentionally don't allow HTML and or automatic link-making. It used to be a way to fight against spam (and not let them increase their page ranks through links from my site to them in comments), but then I fixed the spam problem all together, but I never really cared to add back HTML or automagical linking. I suppose I could now.. I've heard of Parallels.. I think you might have even mentioned it in the past. I'll likely check it out..
