Matt came back down to Camarillo to pick up some more of his stuff to take up with him to Hayward.. So, we got together and mixed two sets. First we mixed a set with Tech and Hard Trance, and then we did another set of Euphoric and Uplifting Trance. Of the two, I definitely recommend the Euphoric and Uplifting set. It is rather excellent (except for the few parts where Matt fucks up. Quit screwing up, Matt. Gosh.) All joking aside, it's a pretty damned good mix. Download! Download! Download! We were rather unfamiliar with the songs we mixed and as usual, we switched off mixing-in tracks each track (Matt mixed in a track, I mixed in the next track, Matt mixed in the track after that, I mixed in the track after that, etc.) The tracks played were picked by each DJ while the other was mixing-in. In other words, the set is not planned out one bit other than consecutive tracks matching each other musically and in style in the genre, or selected to possibly work well in the next mix-in.
