In My Ear
Published Thursday March 29th, 2007 from Camarillo, CA. Listening to silence, feeling lackluster.

After my shower this evening, I cleaned out my ears with Q-tips. As I moved the Q-tip around in my ear, I discovered that when I pressed against a certain point in my left ear, I would all of a sudden smell the smell of battered halibut. As soon as I removed the Q-tip from this location, I no longer smelt the smell until I pressed the Q-tip against the smell-generating location once more to smell battered halibut yet again.

My body never ceases to amaze me.

No no no. You don't get it. It's all mental, not a physical smell.

Sounds like an infection or something, and you drained it into your nasal cavity when you pressed on it. congratulations.
