My tea obsession
Published Thursday March 27th, 2008 from OmniUpdate, Inc. HQ in Camarillo, CA. Listening to the low humming of the office AC, feeling meh but enjoying some tea.

Within the past year or two, I've slowly but assuredly become obsessed with tea. I started out drinking a cup of black tea (purchased from the local Trader Joes) every morning at work. With time, I began to brew multiple cups throughout the day. Eventually I ended up buying various teas online and found that there's much better tea out there than just your generic Black and Green teas. Last September/October I stopped drinking anything with corn syrup in it and incidentally all I now drink is tea. These days I drink anywhere from 8 to 16 cups of tea on any given day. I start my mornings with Maté, and usually brew up some Honeybush or Rooibos in the afternoon. Often times in the evening I'll throw together a custom blend of various herbs. Deliciousness. I love tea.

So.. Exhibited in the pictures on the right is my current tea collection (it changes quite quickly.) Here's my current inventory. All tea is loose leaf tea unless otherwise noted.

I have been thinking of switching to tea as a replacement for my insanely unhealthy addiction to Mountain Dew.
